SOUL-SEARCHING WEDNESDAY

So, today totally didn't turn out like I had hoped for but a question that has been on my mind all day is this: how do you cope with the aftermath of a not very good incident and think of something positive?

I practically used the whole of today doing a bit of soul searching and I stumbled upon this fabulous article:

Here's a few which really made me think:

1. You can’t change other people, and it’s rude to try.
